It was a stormy night , nevertheless , Lena & Hardy where off to Max's house . But why? Was it really something that was so important . Let's see !

'' Quick Hardy ,quick ! It's literally too late .'' whispered Lena , as she unlocked the cycle . '' Oops !'' cried Hardy ,'' there's a bug on my cycle ........... Can you please help me put this out of here '' said Hardy (he is a scary poke ).'' You don't deserve to get the badge of 'EE' . Just ignore that bug , it's not gonna eat you up fool!'' said Lena .
"But , listen !.... " cried Hardy , when he saw that his twin was already standing out of the gate .
" What is it now? " shouted back Lena . " Nothing , just wait for me please." said Hardy . He was a bit scared, for he knew that if they screamed this way , aunt would catch hold of them . Lena patiently waited for her brother to come , and they together started off to Max's house.
The road was dark and silent ............ "Hey ! which way are we heading? " continued Hardy ," Please ,I don't wanna get lost like the last time . No shortcuts now............" Hardy exclaimed . " Oh no! I don't think that we would be able to give the letter to Max . It's drizzling already ; and I don't think that we will be able to reach Max before we are totally drenched ......." said Lena . Taking a great sigh , Lena took the road that was to her left . Hardy couldn't do anything except following his sister ; he was a scary poke ! " Hardy , this is another shortcut. You wont get wet hear ; there are many thick trees to save us from getting wet " blabbered Lena in a hurry .
The road was still dark and silent; the air blew heavily . Each and every leaf of the trees where moving . The trees' branches were moving from side to side . Hardy turned right , and he turned left .
And no one would believe him; he saw some thing so mysterious . But what did he see ?
Lena was really exited to give Max the letter . As they were heading towards Max's house ,a bright light obstructed them .......! Since Lena could see nothing except the bight light , she stopped with a shriek..............! Hardy who was just following his sister ,suddenly pulled the break . Hardy was already shocked by seeing something really mysterious , and now by seeing this light gleam at them he became more scared . "What is it now ! '' cried Hardy ,he looked scared. " It's just a street light , don't be scared now ."exclaimed Lena
Lena slowly got down of her cycle , she could see Max's house . "Hardy ,can you see there , it's Max's house ! Come on , fast ," continued Lena , picking up a small stone she said ," let's go......" saying this she hurried towards Max's house .Once they reached Max's house Lena got down of her cycle and ↴↴
" Scrish ." this sound came as Lena threw the stone to Max's window .
" Ouch! who is it ?" cried Max , as he woke up ..
"Did Max wake up Hardy , what do you think ? " questioned Lena . ''
"Hmm........... ii .. don't.. know.. " stumbled Hardy ."What is it ? Why are you looking so scared ? " exclaimed Lena ."I.....i..... mmmm...." stammered Hardy .Meanwhile ,Max was awake from his deep sleep . He wondered " Was this a dream ? Who knows , let me just check if some one is at the door ."
thought Max aloud. Down there the twins were waiting ; expecting that Max will come . But hardy was so scared that he hardly could speak something ."What are you blabbering all about ? It's all fine , just relax ." exclaimed Lena , she new quiet well how to make her brother relax .
"I...ii....ha..have.....se...seen..aa.....a....haunted....house ." said Hardy , drinking the whole bottle of water that he had bought . At the same time Max whore his jacket and put on his glasses and started walking down the stairs . He then opened the door and found Lena and Hardy sitting on their cycles ; waiting impatiently ." What are you two doing over here ?Do you know it's two fifteen now ? ''
said Max , yawning . " We have the most IMPORTANT thing for you , open it and see ......." exclaimed Lena , handing over the to Max.
" Listen you two, I have really seen a haunted house ! And , I'm very scared too !!!!!......." said Hardy , almost shivering with fear. " Neither Max nor Lena believed on ghost or stuff related to it." I guess , you are gone mad. There is nothing called haunted house.'' said Max . Lena too agreed with Max .
"But guys , believe me ." cried Hardy. But the other two detectives were not listing to anything ; they were busy opening the letter instead .
