A great good morning to my friends and respected teachers . I am here today to share my thoughts about how a leader should be ............
Today is THE DAY , because tomorrow will never come . Our lives take us through many difficulties , because it knows ---- facing and solving problems make a person experienced , and experience is what leadership i s all about . A leader is a person who knows how to search opportunity in every difficulty . He / she also knows to lead his life in a unique and perfect way, since he is aware , that, if being the way he is , guides him to his destiny , it can also guide many LOST SOULS .
I follow the path of leadership ,not by being powerful , but by empowering others . Being a lea --der is not just about getting a badge , but it is about great responsibility . With position comes great responsibility, and a great leader shows these qualities to lead the crowd. But we shall remember one thing -- ANYONE WHO SPEAKS UP FROM THE CROWD AND RESOLVES THE PROBLEM , BECOMES A LEADER. So, never think you are no one ; you are the one who has the power to withstand any difficulty,you are the one who is your own HERO.
You never know when these qualities of leadership enters within you as life goes on!
