THE BLOSSOM

Wooh! It was such a relief when it at last started raining in bengaluru ..........
This year and the previous one has experienced the hottest summer in our green city.As we all are aware that we have become the destroyers of our own resources ; it really worries me to think about our generation and the generations after. Unknowingly we are staying on the land were ones was a forest , and even though we are concerned about not cutting trees or not polluting our land , we aren't able to do a thing to help mother earth recover from global warming.

Neither was I able to do any thing for it. But then, 3 years back , me and my parents shifted to Bannerghatta from Whitefield , and our neighbors gave us five pots with a few plants planted in them . So in total we had six pots ,since we already had a tulsi plant in our house . When we reached our house in Bannerghatta , I started looking after my plants . I regularly watered them ,carfully and gentely .With a lot of care ,they grew up.... .........

Today , I am in 8 th standard , and my little plants have grown up and multipled in number. It fells so good to see them . They also give me flowers of various colors ; it seems that they are rewarding me .
I am happy and satisfied since I feel that atleast I have done something, very very little though, for my environment.
Here are some glimpses of my little garden ........

Friends, I have a good suggession. I think we all must plant a garden or maybe just a few pots of plants as a gift to our nature
