Little Did I Know...

 Little did I know, 

How flowers blossomed,

Little did I know,

Why the moments hastened,

Little did I know,

Why those souls raced to find a spot in the night sky...

Little did I know,

Where the moon dived, bringing another day by...

Little did I know,

Which words to choose, to present my love untold...

Little did I know,

About the hearts so cold... 

Little did I know,

Why those walls stood tall and bold,

Shaping a gulf, 

When we all could together, hold...


And even now...

Little do I know

How wide the universe unfurls...
